• How do I know what size of bracelet to order?
  The best way to ensure a comfortable fit is to get an accurate wrist measurement and add 1 inch for an adult bracelets or 1/2 inch for a children's bracelets. If you don't know the wrist size, use the following general sizing guide for bracelets:
  
  Small - 7 inch
  Medium - 7 1/2 inch
  Large - 8 inch
  Childs – up to 6 3/4 inch
  
  

  Do you always use the same beads?
  Sometimes our unique beads are unavailable. Therefore, at times, we may be required to substitute comparable beads. We will do our very best to give you the beads as pictured, but please allow for variations. If we do need to make such a substitution, you will be notified before your merchandise is made.
  
  

  What happens if my bracelet doesn't fit or breaks?
  All of our bracelets have a six month guarantee. If it is too big or too small, or breaks for any reason, we will restrand it for free one time. After the six month period, the charge is $7.00 plus shipping.
  
  

  Can I wear my bracelet in the shower or while swimming?
  It is NOT recommended that you wear it while swimming or showering.
  
  

  Is it possible to add a name to my name bracelet in the future?
  Yes. To re-strand the original bracelet, there is a $7 charge plus the cost of the new bracelet(s) that are being added on. We connect all of the strands with a bar so the strand will not separate.
  
  

  Is it possible to return custom made jewelry for a full refund?
  ALL SALES ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY ARE FINAL. We can not accept returns on custom made jewelry.
  
  

  How long does it take to get my order?
  For personalized bracelets, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery since each item is custom made to order. For in-stock items, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
  
  

  Will my personal information be sold to anyone?
  NO. Embracelets is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or share your information to anyone or any service outside our company.
